Dedicated to Helping You Navigate Real Estate and Land Development
Geoff is one of the most professional Realtors I’ve had an opportunity to work with. His experience is in not only real estate and the market but development too. Very seldom is that the case.
We have been very fortunate to be a part of Geoff’s Rolodex. He has consistently brought us viable land deals and has always presented himself in the most utmost professional manner. Geoff always has his client’s interest as priority #1.
Land brokerage is a specialized field, and Geoff is one of the best I have worked with. Geoff can see the potential in the sites he presents to us, and helps us prepare for the challenges. Geoff works to understand our current business and our vision for the future. He has helped us secure excellent land positions that will grow into successful long-term projects.

My name is Geoff Hurdle and I sell dirt to developers who simply do not have time to deal with hundreds of agents, many with limited or no experience or expertise in land development. Through Hurdle Land & Realty I serve as a concierge, helping land acquisition managers, private developers and builders find the information and approvals they need to solidify deals by delivering tangibles to them that move things forward quickly. This is what I do for you! I’ve been a licensed agent since 1992 beginning my career in the South Carolina market of our family land development business. There I managed new developments and sales. In 1996 I became a licensed broker and moved to our home office in Loganville, Georgia, where I managed both the Georgia and South Carolina markets.
In 2003, I created a separate venture with a business partner and built The Moore-Hurdle Group with Keller Williams: the top team in the franchise, a top 1% producer in the southeastern region from 2004 to 2007, and a top 3% producer, nation-wide. My history of real estate development made me well known for being the go-to source for development tracts and building lots, which is why I quickly rose to the top of that small niche of agents in the area through my key relationships with Meridian Homes, Pulte Homes, Centex Homes, Bowen Family Homes, KB/Colony Homes, Ryland Group and others.
What I learned through the family development business allows me to best serve other developers today. A proud third-generation “Land Man,” it is now my privilege to be an asset to any land developer or real estate agent who wants to move land while maximizing its value through Hurdle Land & Realty, LLC based in Tennessee. I want to share my experience and network of land professionals with you and be your first call when you think, “land”.
In the Summer of 2018 I completed the coursework for the prestigious designation as an Accredited Land Consultant, (ALC). At the same time I became the 2019 President of the Tennessee State Chapter for the Realtors Land Institute. I was reelected to that position in 2020. Then I was elected to serve on their National Board of Directors for 2021. We continually strives to maintain our status as the acknowledged leader for all matters pertaining to the land real estate profession. RLI endeavors to remain the essential membership organization for the extraordinary real estate professionals who broker, lease, sell, develop, and manage our most precious resource: the land.
Accredited Land Consultants (ALCs) aren’t just land sales professionals, they are the most prestigious, the most experienced, and the highest performing land sales experts in their area. It requires successful completion of a rigorous education program and a proven track record of transaction performance. It also requires a commitment to professional growth. Being an ALC allows one to take advantage of the camaraderie of other ALCs and join the elite ranks of those who have earned the designation.
